Standards for the wiki
It would be nice to have a template for an entry, with a summary at the top, table of contents, some possible headings, and references at the bottom. Make a template.
page naming and subpages v.s. new pages: directory names should follow, as much as possible, the convention of uppercase for the first character of each word, with no spaces, for example LfunctionsAndModularForms. Place pages in logical spots. If a page is only locally relevant, place in a subdirectory of the parent page. Otherwise, place at a higher level. All (most) math pages should fall under L-functions or ModularForms.

- latex macros that might be useful.
MoinMoin set up/extensions
- The extensions /Cite and /Bibliography
This coud be helpful once it is stable enough: http://moinmoin.wikiwikiweb.de/ExtensionProposals/SectionEditing
Also, the macro Backlinks would be useful in keeping track of who links where (when moving pages for instance): http://moinmoin.wikiwikiweb.de/MacroMarket?highlight=%28macromarket%29#head-851878ffd11f9c0d8d31cff041ab90e03111c726
I also think InfoBoxes as in http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Help:Infobox would be helpful. I don't see how to do that right now, short of programming it myself, so I have asked for the feature on the MoinMoin wiki: http://moinmoin.wikiwikiweb.de/FeatureRequests/InfoBox?highlight=%28InfoBox%29
