The purpose of the workshop is to make improvements to the data website www.l-functions.org, hopefully to the point that the website can be officially released to the public. This will include: provising comprehensive tables of data, making it easier to search, process and download data; proper functioning of most of the links between related objects; and providing a consistent look-and-feel to the website.
Existing tables of data
Please add to this list of L-functions and modular forms data (and related objects). The list is being compiled to give us ideas for how to present data, and also for possible inclusion in our database.

Milestones to reach
EC, MF and their L-functions linked each way, Tuesday
NF L-functions (Dedekind zeta function) page, Wed
- symmetric powers for SL_2(Z), Tuesday
Rankin-Selberg L-functions, Wed
spin, standar L-functions of Sp(4).
- Hilbert modular forms uploaded, Wed. Search by level, weight, field.
L-functions into database (coefficients, zeros)
- Rudimentary search of data by Wed
- Discuss: long lists of zeros/coefficients, auto-generate vs cache, long-term storage
- number fields- link to all the L-functions (might need Watkins or Booker to get involved here)
- more totally real fields (load data Wed, search on Thursday): done!
- Classical MF: improved display (MOnday), Caching, `twist by', link to Hilbert MF via base change (future)
- Holger's data uploaded, Wed, Thursday.
- Process for committing changes to the code, by Wed
Elliptic curves: Stein-WAtkins by Wed, searching/homepage Th, more cremona data, fix url 11/a/1-> 11a1
- Siegel modular forms
Holger's data, Maass forms for GL(2) and GL(2,Z[i]) http://modular.math.washington.edu/home/then/PicardGroup/
- (he writes: Feel free to feed it to your database (keeping author and copyright information). DK will upload this into the database by Wed pm.
- uniform look, choose a model (sidebar, main part of page), create termplates, index page, breadcrumbs
Milestones reached
- All totally real fields of degrees up to 10 from John Voight's list have been added to the NF database. [John Cremona, John Voight; finished Tuesday]
- Number field pages converted to new templates, with breadcrumbs and all
